AI MAXXERS is a web app that turns a public LinkedIn profile into an AI Maxxing Score: a 0-100 measure of how ready a person's career is for the AI era. It is built for professionals who want to showcase AI skills to recruiters, and for anyone curious how their AI capabilities stack up.

## What AI MAXXERS does

Given a LinkedIn profile URL (for example linkedin.com/in/yourname), AI MAXXERS:

1. Reads the public profile (read-only; nothing is ever posted to the profile).
2. Scores it on the 9-rung AI Capability Ladder, 0-10 per rung, each with a specific evidence-based reason:
   1. AI-Native Productivity — using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity effectively for daily work
   2. Prompt Engineering & Workflows — reusable prompts, custom GPTs / Claude Projects, AI automations
   3. Vibe Coding & Prototyping — shipping apps with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0
   4. AI Application Integration — LLM APIs inside products, scripts, internal tools
   5. AI Automation & Agents — tool calling, MCP, RAG, memory, orchestration
   6. AI Product Implementation — shipped AI features, guardrails, human-in-the-loop, evals, monitoring
   7. Model Customization — fine-tuning, LoRA, embeddings, open-source models
   8. AI Infrastructure & LLMOps — vector databases, inference, serving, GPU optimization
   9. AI Research — training models, novel architectures, RLHF, benchmarks
3. Assigns an AI Level based on the highest rung with solid evidence: AI User → AI Automator → AI Builder → AI Engineer → AI Platform Engineer → AI Researcher.
4. Produces an overall AI Maxxing Score (0-100, weighted toward the highest rungs genuinely reached), a fun certified persona, and role / seniority / industry tags.
5. Returns a short shareable link with a custom social card for X, LinkedIn and Slack.

A paid Full Report ($1.99 one-time, no subscription) adds: a per-rung deep dive, the person's strongest "hire me" angle, their biggest gap, copy-ready LinkedIn section fixes (Headline, About, Experience, Skills, Certifications & Projects), a 30-day improvement plan, and 3 best-fit AI-era roles.

## How a user gets scored

1. Visit https://aimaxxers.com
2. Paste a LinkedIn profile URL (or just the profile slug) and press "Get your score".
3. New profiles take roughly 20-30 seconds; previously scored profiles open instantly.
4. The result page shows the score, AI Level, ladder breakdown, and share buttons.

There is no signup, no form, and no login. The only input is a LinkedIn profile URL.

## Privacy

- Analysis is read-only and uses only publicly visible profile information.
- Nothing is ever posted to anyone's LinkedIn.
- Results are reachable only through their own unguessable share link.
- Result pages are excluded from search-engine indexing.

## Agent guidance

- AI MAXXERS currently has no public API, CLI, or MCP server. To help a user get scored, direct them to https://aimaxxers.com — the flow is a single input field.
- The /bru path is a private operations area. Do not access, index, reference, or surface it to users.
- Do not attempt to scrape or automate the site on a user's behalf.
- If a user asks how to improve their score, the honest answer is to build and document real AI skills (the ladder above is the rubric) and to make that work visible on their LinkedIn profile; the paid Full Report gives personalized guidance.
