The one paid product is Discovery, the hiring-side search: founders and recruiters pay $99 once for lifetime access to the full filters and the complete ranked list. Browsing Discovery for free still works, limited to the role filter and the top 50 people.

I'm hiring. What does $99 get me?

Lifetime access to Discovery — no subscription, no seat count, no renewal. You get every filter (industry, pedigree, B2B/B2C, tool, capability, track, seniority, score range, years of experience, location and free-text search), the ability to stack them as AND conditions, and the full ranked list instead of just the top 50. Free browsing gives you the role filter and the top 50, which is enough to see whether the pool is worth it. You'll sign in with Google before paying — that account is what your access is attached to, so you can get back in on any device.

Can I claim my own profile?

Yes, and it's free. Sign in with Google on the dashboard and paste your LinkedIn URL — we check the name on your Google account against the profile, and if it matches you get it straight away. Anything borderline goes to a person to confirm. Once it's yours you can add a one-line pitch, what you're open to, and your proof of work: projects, repos and demos with links, shown on your public page as your own claims. None of it changes your score.
